Dr. Rajiv Sawhney, Physical Therapist, is a Senior Executive Officer and Director of Education for Allegheny Chesapeake Physical Therapy. He is also a clinician at the Eastside office. Recently, he earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Chatham University. Dr. Sawhney received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy in 1982 and completed his Masters Degree in Orthopedic Physical Therapy in 1989, both from the University of Pittsburgh. He is accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association as a Board Certified Orthopaedic Specialist. Currently, Dr. Sawhney serves as an adjunct physical therapy faculty member at Chatham University. Dr. Sawhney has lectured locally and nationally on topics related to lower extremity dysfunction, foot orthotic management, gait, and spinal care. He maintains professional memberships with the American Physical Therapy Association and the Pennsylvania Physical Therapy Association.
Dr. Suzanne W. Cavanaugh, Physical Therapist, is the regional director for ACPT's Allegheny & Butler County offices. In 2008, Dr. Cavanaugh completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Chatham University in Pittsburgh. She received her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from Chatham College. She is accredited by the Lymphology Association of North America as a Certified Lymphedema Therapist. She maintains professional memberships with the American Physical Therapy Association, Pennsylvania Physical Therapy Association, and the National Lymphedema Network.
Dr. Laura Winslow, Physical Therapist, is the clinical director of ACPT’s Eastside office. In 2005, she earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Chatham College. She received a Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Pittsburgh and another for Exercise Science/Athletic Training. Dr. Winslow is a Certified Athletic Trainer. She is a professional member of the American Physical Therapy Association, Pennsylvania Physical Therapy Association and National Athletic Trainer’s Association. She spent ten years working with the United States Field Hockey Federation and traveling with the Women’s National Field Hockey Team as the Athletic Trainer/Physical Therapist. Dr. Winslow serves as an adjunct physical therapy faculty member at Chatham University.

James Partridge, MS, PT, practices physical therapy at ACPT’s Eastside office. Jim earned a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Pittsburgh. He achieved a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biology from Gettysburg College. Jim is a Certified Ergonomic Evaluation Specialist. He provides aquatic therapy services at Club One fitness facility. Jim also conducts monthly classes on neck and back care for patients.

Dr. Matthew Caster, Physical Therapist, is a staff therapist in ACPT’s Eastside office. In 2008, Dr. Caster graduated from Chatham University achieving Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Dr. Caster received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management in 2002 from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown. His physical therapy interests include manual therapy and sports related injuries.

Dr. Elisabeth Wheeler, Physical Therapist, is a staff therapist in ACPT's Eastside Office. In 2009, Dr. Wheeler graduated from Slippery Rock University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She completed a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science from Slippery Rock University. She is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. She maintains professional memberships with the American Physical Therapy Association and National Strength and Conditioning Association.

David Boynton, BS, NSCA-CPT, is the Coordinator of Fitness Consulting & Wellness for Allegheny Chesapeake Physical Therapy. David received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Robert Morris College in 1992. He is accredited by the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Personal Trainer. David has been serving the Pittsburgh area for fifteen years. He has experience working with a variety of clients who present with a variety of goals, which range from sports specific, weight loss, to marathon preparation. David believes that a balanced lifestyle involves all aspects of wellness, from nutrition to flexibility, and core function to strengthening.

Doreen "Neenie" Costello, BS, ACE, is a personal trainer at ACPT's Eastsied Office. She received a Bachelor of Science dgree in Health and Physical Education from Edinboro University. She is accredited by the American Councel on Exercise as a Certified Personal Trainer and Clinical Exercise Specialist. As a former teacher, coach, and owner of a women’s fitness center, Neenie has a wide array of experience.

Mike Yaremko, BS, ACE, is a personal trainer at ACPT's Eastside Office. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science form California University of Pennsylvania. He is a certified National Academy of Sports Medicine trainer. Mike started personal training with clients in 2009 while serving as the strength and conditioning coach for Hemfield's lacrosse team. He is also a coach for the Pittsburgh Bandits professional inline hockey team.

Jeff Bubenheim, PTA, is a physical therapist assistant at ACPT’s Eastside office. Jeff is a graduate of Butler County Community College where he received an Associates Degree in Physical Therapy.

Melissa Mineweaser, PTA, is a physical therapist assistant at ACPT's Eastside office. Melissa received an Associate Degree in Science and Physical Therapy from Pennsylvania State University.
