Dr. Kim Todaro, Physical Therapist, practices at ACPT's Ebensburg Office. Kim recently earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Saint Francis University. Currently, she is enrolled in a fellowship program to earn her board certification as an orthaepedic specialist.
Tracey Seganos, COTA/L, practices occupational therapy in the Cambria/Somerset County Offices. She graduated from Mount Aloysius College with an Associate of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy in 1982. She is a certified occupational therapy assistant and maintains professional memberships with the American Occupational Therapy Association and Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy Association. Tracey currently is the secretary for District IV Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy Association. In 2006, Tracey was the recipient of the Occupational Therapist Assistant Award of Recognition.

Dr. David Risaliti, Physical Therapist, is the regional director for ACPT’s Cambria and Somerset County offices. Recently, he earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Chatham University in Pittsburgh. Dr. Risaliti, earned a Degree in Physical Education from Slippery Rock University and a Degree in Physical Therapy from Old Dominion University. Dr. Risaliti maintains professional memberships with the American Physical Therapy Association and Pennsylvania Physical Therapy Association.
