Dr. Richard Giraud, Physical Therapist, is the clinical director at ACPT’s Johnstown Office. In 2008, Dr. Giraud completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Chatham University in Pittsburgh. Dr. Giraud received his undergraduate degree in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University in Boston. He is certified to administer functional capacity evaluations and is a Certified McKenzie Therapist for treatment of the spine.
Tracey Seganos, COTA/L, practices occupational therapy in the Cambria/Somerset County Offices. She graduated from Mount Aloysius College with an Associate of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy in 1982. She is a certified occupational therapy assistant and maintains professional memberships with the American Occupational Therapy Association and Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy Association. Tracey currently is the secretary for District IV Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy Association. In 2006, Tracey was the recipient of the Occupational Therapist Assistant Award of Recognition.
