Dr. Michael Phillips, Physical Therapist, is the clinical director at ACPT’s Portage Office. Recently, he earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Chatham University in Pittsburgh. Dr. Phillips earned his Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from West Virginia University. He maintains professional memberships with the American Physical Therapy Association and Pennsylvania Physical Therapy Association. Dr. Phillips has a special interest in the spine and educating the community on proper biomechanics to prevent injury.
Dr. Katie Miller, Physical Therapist, practices at ACPT's Portage office. She received her Bachelor of Health Science and Doctorate of Physical Therapy degrees from Saint Francis University. Dr. Miller is currently enrolled in a residency program to earn her board certification as an orthopedic specialist. Katie is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Tracey Seganos, COTA/L, practices occupational therapy in the Cambria/Somerset County Offices. She graduated from Mount Aloysius College with an Associate of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy in 1982. She is a certified occupational therapy assistant and maintains professional memberships with the American Occupational Therapy Association and Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy Association. Tracey currently is the secretary for District IV Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy Association. In 2006, Tracey was the recipient of the Occupational Therapist Assistant Award of Recognition.
